About Package
LAND TRANSFER SCHEDULE
Test
- 1. All clients who want to take our land and boat transfers must strictly follow the time schedule as below.
- 2. If clients are taking a FLIGHT to TGG Airport (Sultan Mahmud Airport), they must pick flight arrival time before 9:00am, while for a return trip, the departure time must be after 2:00pm.
- 3. If clients SELF DRIVE, they need to arrive at Summer Bay Jetty -Mangkuk at 10:00am-10:30am. (Parking fee RM15 per night)
- 4. If clients are taking COACH/BUS to MBKT Bus Station, our driver will pick them up at 7:00am.
- 5. If clients stay overnight at KUALA TERENGGANU CITY HOTEL, our driver will pick them up at 9:00am.Estimate waiting time (9am-9:30am)
- ***Please take note that boat depart at 11:30am during departure .
- ***Resort check out time is 9am
- Note: Room rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
- Infant below 12 months old free of charge (no bed )
- Toddler 12 months to 48 months RM200 / Toddler (no bed)
- A full security deposit is requested prior to booking
Terms Details
1. All activities are subjected to weather condition and others unforeseen circumstances. The management reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel any activity without prior notice.
2. Full security deposit is required upon confirmation and all security deposit will be converted to Cancellation Charges should there be any cancellation. Full security deposit is required prior to arrival.
3. The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss or damage of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or death resulting from activities which are beyond the management control.
4. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time
without prior notice.
5. There will be NO refund or deduction of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilized.
6. Reservation is subject to room availability and confirmation will be on first come first serve basic.
7. All payments are non-refundable in part or in full.
8. Any amendment or cancellation after full payment will not be entertained.
9. Please do not bring oversize luggage.
10. Luggage weight limit: 20kg per person (maximum 2 luggage).
11. Excess baggage charges, 15kg overweight per person:
- Over 1-5kg : RM10 ; Over 6-10kg : RM20 ; Over 10kg : RM50
12. Bringing explosives, flammable substances and alcoholic beverages on boat is strictly prohibited.
13. All optional activities are not able to pre-book. Guests need to check slot availability upon check-in with relevant department.
14. Any event arrangement such as birthday cake, room decoration and others need to inform reservation team at least a week before check-in.
15. Land transportation arrangement must be filled in the system or contact reservation team at least 5 days before check-in.
